Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides or individuals enrolled in an approved nursing aide certification program.
Shifts Available: 7am to 3pm/3pm to 11pm/11pm to 7am
Positions Available: Full time, Part time, Per Diem

Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses
Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to follow policies & procedures to implement medication orders; to administer medications in accurate and timely manner and to supervise, provide, and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action.
Qualifications
- Maintains a current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
- A minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living or long term care is preferred.
- Exhibits a caring heart with a passion to care for the elderly adult
- Supports resident advocacy
- Good assessment skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Exhibits a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
- Possesses the ability to effectively read, write and communicate.
- Must be CPR certified
Training Requirements
- Complete all required training through Merry Heart’s Relias Learning program
- Any required management training
- Participate in facility education programs
- Spend time with Delegating Nurse.

Charge Nurse
